Way to Go MOM!

My mom has been a teacher for twenty plus years. She was recently selected by KEZ radio station as the Teacher of the month. A student wrote in about how great a teacher she is. This summer she got a free car rental (a convertible) and all kinds of other thanks you gifts from local business as a thank you for doing what she does great! The best part about it all is that my mom has never received such an award. She has been teaching for 20+ years and never has she received such a thank you or recognition. She has been plugging away all these years just doing what she loves quietly.
I am so happy for you mom! You deserve it and are so wonderful at all you do.
